Getting the rebate
- Apply online through WSDOT’s e-bike rebate portal while the window is open — the second round runs to March 29, 2027.
- Submit one application. It enters you in every monthly drawing, so there’s no advantage to applying more than once.
- If you’re selected, you get a voucher worth $300, or $1,200 if you’ve shown income at or below 80% of area median income.
- Take the voucher to a participating Washington retailer and use it before it expires.
